1. What if I am interested in bringing a group to Catalyst?
If you are bringing a group to Catalyst, or thinking about bringing a group, we want to equip you with the best possible information to distribute. We have resources available for you to give away to people who express interest in attending Catalyst with you. Our Concierge Team is available to you, as well. You can contact them at 888.334.6569 to discuss group pricing and registration. You’ll also want to stay in touch with them throughout the year for the latest information about this year’s event.
2. As a Group Leader, what are my responsibilities?
You are responsible for making sure that everyone in your group has the following information: directions, schedules and tickets. If your confirmation packet is at will-call then you are the only person the information will be released to unless otherwise notified. It is then your responsibility to distribute the tickets to your group.
3. What do I do if someone in my group cannot make it to the conference?
If you wish to cancel your registration 15 days or more before the event, you will receive a credit on your account, minus a $50 processing fee per cancelled ticket, to use towards another Catalyst event. Credits must be used within 12 months from the date the credit is issued. Depending on the event you choose to place your credit towards, and the current rate for that event, a difference to pay in price may occur. Cancellations must be finalized on or before 15 days prior to your ticketed event. No cancellations will be issued to any registration 14 days or less before the event. You may transfer the registration to a substitute participant. Cash, check or credit card refunds are prohibited for cancellations. Catalyst Lab and Pre-Lab ticket(s) are non-refundable upon purchase. Registrants will also begin receiving exclusive content, offers, and product information from Catalyst via our enewsletters. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of each email. We will not share your email address with anyone.
4. Are the tickets transferable?
Yes, substitutions are permitted. We only need to be notified in the event of additions or cancellations. Substitutions do not require that you contact us.
5. What do I do if I lose or forget my tickets?
If you lose your ticket, the Group Leader needs to check in at the Will-Call table to receive replacement tickets.
6. What do I do if I received my confirmation packet but there were no tickets or I was short tickets?
Call the Catalyst Team at 888.334.6569.
7. When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets begin shipping 4-6 weeks prior to the event. If you register within 10 business days of the event, your tickets will be available for pick-up at the Will Call table on the day of the event.
8. Does Catalyst offer University Credits?
Yes. Catalyst University allows you to receive credit for your experience. Way beyond traditional textbook scenarios, you’ll learn from practitioners who are some of the most passionate leaders, best-selling authors, and creative thinkers in the country. A professor will lead small group debriefs and will facilitate valuable discussion. Visit Catalyst University to learn more.
9. What is included in my registration fee?
